Job Brief

​

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Contract Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, examining, negotiating, and revising contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods or sub-contracting services. This role requires a deep understanding of contract law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

​

  • Prepare, review, and revise contractual agreements to ensure they meet the company and legal requirements.

  • Coordinate with the legal department to ensure contractual terms are compliant with legal regulations and company policies.

  • Monitor contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all contracts, contract terms, and any contract changes or amendments.

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure contract terms are fulfilled.

  • Assist in the development of contract policies and procedures.

  • Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.

 

Qualifications

​

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in contract management or procurement is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of contract law and procurement procedures.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and work under tight deadlines.
